Heard the learned counsel for the applicants and learned APP for the respondent/State.

Perused the first information report. It reveals that this Court has discussed the facts in detail while passing the interim orders. Considering the role attributed to each of the applicants, this Court has expressed disinclination to grant the bail to applicant Mukesh @ Sunil. However, the interim protection was granted to the remaining applicants.

The learned APP has opposed the application of Mukesh and would point out the role played by the other applicants. 4.

The facts which have been discussed while passing interim orders are not reproduced to avoid repetition. However, those are taken into consideration. Considering the allegations levelled against the applicants and the role played by them, this Court is of the view that except applicant No.2 - Mukesh, remaining applicants are entitled to anticipatory bail. Hence, the following order - i) A.B.A.No. 364 of 2022 is allowed. The interim protection granted to the applicants by order dated 09.06.2022 of this Court, is confirmed on the same terms and conditions of bail bonds. ii) A.B.A.No. 897 of 2022 is partly allowed. The interim protection granted to applicant No.1 Rohidas Hari Mali by the order dated 12.07.2022 of this Court, is confirmed on the same terms and conditions of bail bonds. However, the application of applicant No. 2 Mukesh @ Sunil Rohidas Mali, is rejected. ( S. G. MEHARE ) JUDGE rrd
