Learned counsel for applicant on instructions seeks permission to withdraw the appeal and urge to transfer the amount deposited in this Court including the amount of statutory deposit to the Tribunal.

The amount, if any, deposited including the statutory deposit made by the applicant be transferred to the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Nanded for paying the same to the claimants.
