It is submitted that the applicant/wife has preferred HMP No.198/2016 at Nanded and the husband has been served with Court notice. Distance between Nanded and Chandrapur is about 400 kms. and the applicant has to travel by the only train available requiring 2 overnight journeys to travel to Chandrapur. 4.

In my view, as the proceedings preferred by the applicant/ wife are already pending at Nanded, having been filed in 2016, it would be appropriate to have both the matters in the same place.

- 3 - 5.

In view of the above, this application is allowed. HMP No.87/2016 stands transferred to the learned Family Court at Nanded. The applicant shall appear before the Court at Nanded on 02/03/2020 and the Court would issue notice to serve the respondent. Liberty is granted to the respondent/husband to pray for common dates in both the matters, for his convenience. ( Ravindra V.Ghuge, J.)
