ORDER :

The application is filed for two reliefs, one for modification of the order made by this Court in respect of withdrawal of amount and other relief is claimed for fixing early date of hearing. As the modification cannot be done in respect of the order which is made by other Hon'ble Judge and as the same Hon'ble Judge is available at the station, the learned counsel for original claimants submitted that he is not pressing for that relief, but he want early disposal of the matter. As per convenience of both the sides, the date for final hearing is fixed as 18.3.2016. Application is disposed of. Civil application filed for stay is also disposed of.
