The applicant has been convicted for the offence punishable under section 302 and 201 of IPC in Sessions Case No. 132 of 2018 on 16.4.2022 by learned Additional Sessions Judge -8, Aurangabad. He intends to file appeal. However, there is a delay of 28 days. 2.

For the reasons stated in the application, the application stands allowed and disposed of. The delay stands condoned. Registry to verify and register the appeal.
