PER COURT:- 1.
It is submitted in the affidavit-in-reply filed by the State that the petitioner has an alternate remedy before the Joint Director.

In view of that, the learned Counsel for the petitioner submit that he will avail alternate remedy.

In light of above, Writ Petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail alternate remedy. In that event, all contentions of the parties are kept open.

For a period of fifteen (15) days, the interim orders passed by this Court shall continue
(2) 940-WP-6963-2020 in favour of the petitioner so as to enable him to approach the appellate authority and seek necessary orders.
5.
Needless to say, on lapse of fifteen (15) days, the interim protection granted by this Court would come to an end.

The appellate authority shall consider the documents produced by all the parties and shall take decision on its own merits.
7.
