Heard Shri M.S.Karad, learned counsel for the applicant, Shri V.M.Kagne, learned APP for respondent No.1-State and Shri Swapnil Mule, learned counsel for respondent No.2-informant for some time.

After hearing learned counsel for the applicant on merits for some time, Shri Mule, learned counsel for respondent No.2 invited attention of this Court to the fact that seven witnesses have been examined and the trial is on the verge of conclusion. 3.

Learned APP for respondent No.1 states on instructions that only Investigating Ofcer is left to be examined. He states that the trial will be concluded within 15 days.

In view of this, the learned trial Court is directed to conclude the trial within a period of one month from the date of receipt of writ.
