Learned Counsel for petitioner, on instructions seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition and submits that the petitioner would approach the Government invoking Rule 4, 46(2) and 46(4) of the Maharashtra Civil Services (Pension) Rules, 1982 and for considering his service on clock hour basis.
