ORDER :

Delay of around 1288 days is caused in all the matters. Both the sides are heard. It is contended by the appellants that some time was required for getting certified copy of judgment and award, some time was requiring for processing the matter and some time was required for getting sanction at various level. In view of these contentions made in the applications and submissions made, that this Court holds that sufficient cause is shown. In the result, delay condonation applications are allowed. Delay is condoned.

Notice in appeals. The learned counsel Shri. Pingale

CA No. 7547/2014 waives notice for all claimants.

In stay applications, heard the learned AGP for State. Stay applications are allowed. Stay is granted subject to deposit of entire amount of compensation within twelve weeks from today. If the amount is not deposited within this period, it is to be presumed that there is no stay to the execution of judgments and awards. All the stay applications are disposed of in those terms.
