Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners would be satisfied in-case respondent No.1 is directed to decide the representation of the petitioners at Exh."H" (page No.57 of the petition), within stipulated period.

We direct respondent No.1 to decide the aforesaid representation, if already not decided, within 8 (eight) weeks from today, on its own merits and communicate the said decision to the petitioners. 3.

Needless to observe that in-case respondent No.1 wishes to hear the petitioners, it would be open for respondent No.1 adopt such course.
