PER COURT :- Heard learned advocate for the petitioner. For the relief to register the F.I.R. against erring police officials, the petitioner has equally efficacious alternate remedy to solicit an order under Section 156(3) of Cr.P.C.. He may avail the same. Needless to mention, if such application is moved, the learned Magistrate would decide the same on its own merits.

So far as regards the prayer for taking action against concerned police constables is concerned, the petitioner may file complaint to the Division Level Police Complaints Authority. If the grievance of the petitioner is not redressed there, the remedy of approaching this Court is very much available for him.
