Upon hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition, however, since the matter is old, the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, upon remand of the case, as directed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, may be directed to expedite the hearing in the case.

Since the parties are litigating since long, the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class is requested to take efforts for expedited hearing in the case. 4.
