Mr. Thorat, the learned Advocate submits that the petitioner had appeared for NEET-2020 examination and today the result would be declared. The petitioner on 17.09.2020 applied with the Tahsildar - Akole to grant the certificate that the petitioner is resident of hilly area. The said application is not yet decided. The petitioner is exploring the possibility of admission to the professional course.

The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for all respondents.

Considering the exigency, respondent / sole shall decide the application of the petitioner for issuing the certificate of respondent of hilly area (Page No. 11) on it's own merits, in accordance with law, expeditiously and preferably within a period of ten (10) days.

Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
