After hearing the learned counsel for the applicant for quite some time, when the Court was not inclined to grant relief in favour of the applicant, learned counsel submitted that upon instructions from his client, he wish to withdraw the present Criminal Application. Permission granted.

Present Criminal Application is dismissed as withdrawn.

While making the prayer for withdrawal, learned counsel for the applicant submitted that direction be given to the learned trial Court to conduct the trial expeditiously. Speedy trial is the right of the accused who is languishing in jail.

Looking to the nature of accusations made against the applicant in the F.I.R., it is expedient to take the trial as expeditiously as possible.
