This is an application seeking directions by way of an interim measure to pay arrears of salary to the applicants from 2016 to 2017. 2.

It is not in dispute that the petition filed by the petitioners for grant of approval and payment of salary is ripe for hearing. The exercise of exchange of replies is also completed and the petition is ready with pleadings.

Considering aforesaid facts, we direct the office to post the petition for hearing/disposal in the week commencing from 8th October, 2018 and be shown in the cause list of hearing matters.
