It is submitted that, the claim is still pending with the Committee. The son has been issued with the validity certificate under the orders of this Court.

The said aspect will certainly be considered by the Committee.

Considering the above, the Committee shall decide the validation proceedings in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioner within three months from the date of appearance of the petitioner before the Committee. The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 21.10.2019. Till the proceedings are decided, the employer shall not take any adverse action against the petitioner only on the ground that the validation proceedings are pending. 4.
