We have heard Mr. Shelke, learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.

The learned Addl. G. P. submits that the sanction has been granted to the petitioner on 60% grant in aid from December 2006 and that the difference of first installment of 6th and 7th pay commission totally Rs. 2,04,636/- would be paid in the account of the petitioner by 08.10.2021.
