The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the revision filed by the petitioner is pending before the Hon'ble Minister since 27.04.2021. The revision is filed along with stay petition. However, hearing is not being conducted and the respondents are proceeding further with the process of issuing advertisement for allotment of Fair Price Shop and also to make alternate arrangement in respect of the card holders of the petitioner's shop.

Considering that the revision filed by the petitioner is pending, we pass the following order.

The respondent No. 2 where the revision is pending may endeavour to decide the revision within a period of four (04) months from the date of appearance of the petitioner. The petitioner shall appear before the revisional authority on 01.09.2021. 5.

Till the revision is decided by the Hon'ble Minister, status quo as on today with regard to the petitioner's shop be maintained. 6.

Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
