Upon hearing, learned counsel for the applicant in Criminal Application no.3292 of 2015 submits that the applicant wishes to withdraw the application, however, since the application for releasing the applicant on bail is pending before the Sessions Court on medical ground, the applicant may be allowed to argue the matter on its own merits and the learned Sessions Court may pass order on its own merits.

There is no need to make all these submissions. The aforesaid application will have to be decided by the learned Sessions Judge on its own merits.

With these observations, allowed to withdraw and disposed of as such.

Consequently, Criminal Application no.3537 of 2015 seeking to assist the learned A.P.P. in the present application also stands disposed of.
