Heard learned counsel for the applicant and respondents-claimants. Perused the award passed. Pursuant to interim order, the applicant-insurance company has deposited the amount.

Considering the submissions advanced in the light of challenge raised in the appeal and the order separately passed while dealing with application seeking withdrawal of amount, I am of the view that the interim order dated 27.10.2020 passed in the matter granting stay to the execution of award deserves to be confirmed and

Accordingly, following order is passed :- i.

The application is allowed and the order dated 27.10.2020 granting stay to the execution of award is confirmed and made absolute.
