On a grievance of non-compliance of the order of this Court, simple notice was issued to the respondents by an order dated 28 June 2019.

Mr. Dhongde, learned Counsel appearing for respondent No.2 invited our attention to the documents annexed to the affidavit in reply, more particularly Exh.R-3 wherein it is stated that the amount be disbursed in favour of the land holders. In the document titled as "CC" Form there are entries in respect of the amounts paid to the petitioners. Against those entries the signatures of the respective petitioners find place. 3.

As the order of this Court is now duly complied with and this position is admitted by learned Counsel for the petitioners, the grievance raised in the petitions no more survives.

Both the Contempt Petitions are disposed of accordingly.
