Learned A.G.P. waives service of notice on behalf of both the respondents, State.

The petitioner claims to belong to Mannervarlu tribe, which is recognized as Scheduled Tribe.

By this petition the petitioner seeks limited relief of a specific direction to respondent No.2 - Scrutiny Committee to decide a proposal of the petitioner for verification of his tribe claim within time bound period, looking to the urgency in the matter.

Learned A.G.P. informs this Court that, the proceeding before the Scrutiny Committee is now listed on 25.07.2025. 6.

It is brought to our notice that, the petitioner has been offered seat in Computer Science in Engineering Course in an institution in Jabalpur on the basis of the status of belonging to Schedule Tribe Community. As per the schedule of admissions, the petitioner is supposed to report to the institute on 16.08.2025 and the documents verification is also to took place on the said date.

Obviously, there is urgency in the matter, and therefore the Writ Petition is disposed of with the following directions : (a) The petitioner shall remain present before respondent No. 2 - Scrutiny Committee without fail on 10.07.2025. (b) After granting reasonable opportunity of hearing, respondent No.2 - Scrutiny Committee shall finally dispose of the proposal of the petitioner on or before 31.07.2025 (c) The petitioner undertakes to remain present before respondent No.2 - Scrutiny Committee on 31.07.2025 or before, whenever the proposal is disposed of finally by the Scrutiny Committee. The petitioner is directed to submit his email I.D. to respondent No.2 - Scrutiny Committee, who shall

The petition is disposed of in above terms.
