3] In case proposal seeking approval to the transfer of the petitioner (page 20 Exh.D) is pending with the respondent no.2, then the respondent no.2 shall decide the same on its own merits in accordance with law expeditiously, preferably within six months. Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
