PER COURT :- 1.

The learned counsel for the petitioner challenges the relieving order dated 16.12.2014 and states that the petitioner is entitled to be regularized though was appointed on contractual basis.

Mr. S.T. Shelke, the learned counsel for the Respondent Zilla Parishad submits that Chief Executive Officer of the Zilla Parishad has already submitted the proposal to the Respondent No.2 seeking guidance to absorb the petitioner. It appears that no decision has been taken upon the said proposal. Considering above, we pass the following order.

ORDER

1.

The Respondent No.1 shall take decision and communicate the respondent No.4 in respect of the proposal submitted by respondent no.4 to respondent no.1 (Exh.A) expeditiously and preferably within four months.

Depending upon the guidance given by respondent no.2 to respondent no.4. and further action by the respondent no.4, liberty to the petitioner to move if the action is not favourable to the writ petitioner.

Writ Petition disposed of. No costs.
