The petitioners have urgently approached this Court seeking a direction to respondent No.2 - Scrutiny Committee to decide their proposals for verification of their tribe claims of belonging to Mannervarlu Scheduled Tribe. These proposals were submitted on 07.02.2025 and the urgency in the matter is that the petitioners, being students, intend to participate in the selection process based on MHT-CET and NEET. The process is likely to begin in the near future. 1/2

Considering the urgency in the matter, respondent No. 2 - Scrutiny Committee is directed to complete the process of verification and to pass final orders in the proposals concerning the petitioners on or before 30.08.2025. The petitioners are directed to appear before the Scrutiny Committee on 10.07.2025 and they shall also give their Email-IDs to respondent No.2 - Scrutiny Committee for facilitating service of notice and other communications.

The Writ Petition is disposed of in above terms. 6.
