Criminal Application No.2809 of 2024 has been filed for amendment in view of filing of charge-sheet. Under such circumstance, the Criminal Application No.2809 of 2024 stands allowed and disposed of in terms of prayer clause 'B'.

Amendment to be carried out in Criminal Application No.2531 of 2024 within a period of two weeks. Copy of the charge-sheet be placed on record within a period of two weeks, by giving a copy of the same to the other side in advance.
