We have heard this matter for some time. The learned advocate for the appellant sought a pass over for taking instructions. 2.

Upon instructions, it is submitted that, the appellant be permitted to withdraw this appeal with liberty to renew his request for regular bail after the charge-sheet is tendered in the Trial Court. 3.

In view of the above, this Criminal Appeal is disposed off as withdrawn.
