The learned Counsel appearing for respondent nos.1 and 2, in the fitness of the circumstances, has fairly submitted that in the given peculiar facts of the case, respondents would part with the custody of the minor child Chinmay in favour of the applicant for the period from 08.00 a.m. of 9th July 2016 up to early morning of 13th July 2016.
