Mr. Paranjape, learned Counsel for the applicant submits that for celebration of Ramzan-Eid, the applicant be permitted to enter Shirpur town. He submits that the applicant, while entering Shirpur town and by evening, while leaving Shirpur town, shall give intimation to the concerned police station, in view of condition imposed on him vide order dated 20/05/2016 passed by Sessions Judge.

In my opinion, having regard to the fact that other co-accused, who are also released on pre-arrest bail in Criminal Bail

3377.16crapln -2Application No. 369 of 2016 in the same crime i.e. Crime No. 129 of 2016 and are permitted to enter Shirpur town, it will be appropriate to permit the applicant to enter Shirpur town only on 06/07/2016, subject to following conditions. Hence, the following order :- (a) The applicant is permitted to enter Shirpur town in the morning at 7'O clock. He shall forthwith report to the concerned police station intimating about his entry and shall remain in the town up to 9-00 p.m.

(b) He shall also report to the concerned police station at 12-00 noon and thereafter before leaving Shirpur town at 9-00 p.m. (c) The condition is relaxed as is imposed vide order 20/05/2016 by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Dhule in Criminal Bail Application No. 338 of 2016 to the above extent for tomorrow i.e. 06/07/2016 only.
