Learned counsel states that the Court had been pleased to set aside the order and grant time to deposit court fees, however, requisite amount of court fees could not be deposited within given time. 2.

This is an application moved for extension of period granted under order dated 15.06.2018 in the civil application No.8161 of 2016, to remove office objections including that of payment of deficit court fees.

Learned counsel for the applicants submits

( 2 ) ca15008.18 that the applicants are household and agriculturists. The natural calamities had hit them hard. In the circumstances the delay has been caused.

It is submitted that the applicants are now ready with the amount to pay the Court fees. In view of the same, time prescribed under order dated 15.06.2018 stands extended to 31.12.2018.

The application is allowed in terms of prayer clause-B extending the period to deposit the court fees till 31.12.2018.

The application is disposed of.
