The petitioner's proposal is awaiting adjudication at the hands of respondent/Scrutiny Committee for validation of his tribe certificate.

It is being informed that the petitioner has already appeared for NEET/UG/2024 and is likely to get admission in the first round which is about to start in the first week of July. It is also being pointed out that the reply to the vigilance report has also been filed by the petitioner on 25.06.2024.

We dispose of the writ petition by directing the Scrutiny
