Learned A.G.P. has placed on record copy of the notification under section 11 dated 08.08.2025. Thereafter, an application is made to the Collector for granting sanction to the Section 19 proposal on 24.11.2025.

We expect the authorities to issue declaration under Section 19 within six weeks from today and thereafter complete the acquisition proceedings within statutory period of 12 months. Compensation amount be paid to the petitioner as expeditiously as possible.
