ORDER :

The learned counsel for petitioner produced on record the communication made by the Education Officer with Superintendent of Salary, Latur and he submits that Education Officer has proceeded with the matter and the matter is sent to Superintendent. He submits that if direction is given to the Superintendent of Salary to expedite the matter, the purpose of the present proceeding will be served.

In view of the aforesaid circumstances,

WP No. 6717/16 this Court holds that the Superintendent of Salary, Latur needs to do the needful within 45 days from the date of receipt of the order. The petition is disposed of accordingly.
