This is a petition pending since 2016. By order dated 08.09.2017 this Coiurt had passed following order:- "1. None present for the parties.

Adjourned for hearing and in default for dismissal to 20.09.2017."

Thereafter, also the matter was adjourned on many occasions for some or other reason. By order dated 25.06.2018 this Court recorded that both the parties sought time as there was possibility of amicable settlement. Even thereafter it was not worked out. By order dated 20.01.2022 this Court again passed order making it clear that if on the next date the petitioner fails to proceed with the hearing of the petition, this Court may be constrained to dismiss the petition on that count alone.

It appears even thereafter the matter was adjourned. Today the matter was called out in both the sessions, however, nobody was present. In view of the orders referred above, it is clear that the petitioner is not interested in proceeding with the matter. Hence, the petition is dismissed for default.
