The applicants are seeking regular bail in Crime No. 51 of 2016 registered with Police Station Bardapur, District Beed, for the offence punishable under Sections 306, 498-A, 323, 504 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Applicant No.1 Balaram is father in law and applicant No. 2 Raosaheb is brother in law of deceased Vaishali, who was married to elder son of applicant No.1 Balaram, some eight years back. 3.
On the date of incident, there was quarrel between Bhausaheb and deceased Vaishali and as such, Vaishali committed suicide, resulting into registration of crime in question.

After the arrest of the applicants, they were subjected to custodial interrogation. Looking to the evidence as is collected during the investigation, particularly statement of natural witnesses neighbour Kavita, Sonabai and child witness Pratiksha, daughter of deceased Vaishali, in my opinion, further detention of the applicants will be of hardlky any consequence.

In view of above, the applicants are entitled to be released on bail. Hence, the following order:-
(3) (a) The applicants be released on bail, in connection with Crime No. 51 of 2016 registered with Police Station Bardapur, District Beed, for the offence punishable under Sections 306, 498-A, 323, 504 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, upon furnishing P.R. bond of Rs.15,000/- with one surety, by each of them.
(b) The applicants shall not tamper the prosecution evidence or influence the witnesses. 6.
Criminal Application stands allowed in above terms.
