The petitioner has put forth prayer clauses (b) and (c), which read as under:- "b.
By way of issuing writ of certiorari or any other appropriate writ, order or direction in the like nature by setting aside the order passed by Divisional Commissioner Nashik That is respondent No. 3 dated 02/06/2022. c.
By way of issuing writ of certiorari or any other appropriate writ, order or direction in the like nature by Seeking direction in respect of ward made by C. O. Raver and Assistant Engineer Raver to revisit the spot and according to objections raised by Citizen of Raver in respect of ward and make a ward formation accordingly."

However, the learned Advocate for the petitioner submits on instructions, that this Court has taken a specific view vide Judgment dated 05/07/2022 in Writ Petition No.6765/2022, filed by Anant Baburao Golait (Gahilot) Vs. State Election Commission of Maharashtra and others and connected 12 petitions. Considering the said view, it is prayed that this petition may be disposed off and the petitioner desires to avail of a remedy, as may be permissible in law.

Considering the above statement, this petition is disposed off, leaving the petitioner at liberty to avail of a remedy, as may be permissible in law.
