Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner. 2.

Review is of the order dated 07.09.2020.

Under the said order, we had observed that the petitioner has an alternate remedy before the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal. The petitioner was serving in police department and is terminated from service.

The learned Counsel submits that during the pendency of the departmental enquiry, the petitioner is terminated. The respondent could not

2 ra 154.20 have terminated the petitioner. All these aspects can be gone into by the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal.

There is no merit in the Review Application.

Review Application is dismissed.
