The Petitioner'

s complaint to the Deputy Commissioner (Education), Parbhani City Municipal Corporation, is pending adjudication. Under protest, the Petitioner has deposited the entire property tax.

Mr.Bora, the learned Advocate is on the panel of the Corporation. Since a short issue was involved, we requested him to cause his appearance. Therefore he has appeared in the matter. khs/August 2023/10661

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off. Let the Corporation deal with the complaint of the Petitioner dated 16.11.2022 on it'
