Mr. Patil, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the caste claim of the petitioner as belonging to Rajput

2 wp 6904.15 Bhamta (V.J.) has been validated by the Scrutiny Committee on 22.06.2017. The certificate of validity is issued to the petitioner, however, respondents have withheld the marks sheet, degree certificate and other documents on the ground that validity certificate is not submitted within time.

Under order dated July 09, 2015 the first order was passed in the writ petition directing that the respondents shall not withhold the result of the petitioner's examination only on the ground that validation proceeding is pending. As now it is submitted that, validity certificate is issued to the petitioner, respondent Nos. 3 and 4 shall consider validity certificate produced by the petitioner. The petitioner would be entitled for all the benefits available to the Rajput Bhamta (VJ) and if there is no other impediment, the respondents shall not withhold the marks sheet, degree certificate and other documents of the petitioner considering the validity certificate produced by the petitioner. The writ petitions are accordingly disposed of. No costs.
