Heard the learned counsel appearing for the acquiring

28-31 ca.9740.12 ors delay.odt body. Delay of 583 days has occurred in filing the present appeals by the acquiring body. Except in Civil Application No.9746 of 2012, in all other matters, though the Respondents are duly served, none has entered the appearance.

Shri M. V. Patil, learned counsel has appeared for the Claimants in Civil Application No.9746 of 2012. The learned counsel has opposed for condoning the delay stating that no sufficient reasons are stated for condoning the delay. On perusal of the applications, it appears that the delay has been sufficiently explained. I am, therefore, inclined to allow all the applications. Hence, all the civil applications are allowed. Delay caused in filing the appeals is condoned. Appeals be registered in accordance with law. All the civil applications stand disposed of.
