The petitioner is a student. His claim of belonging to the 'Thakur Scheduled Tribe' is pending. His father Sanjay has received validity from the High Court. There are several validity holders amongst the blood relatives of the petitioner.

He is presently pursuing Diploma in Engineering and desires to take admission to the 2nd year of Bachelor of Engineering Course through NEET.

Since the petitioner and the committee have consented, this petition is disposed off with the following directions :-

WP 7730-2022 (A) The petitioner would collect the Vigilance Committee report from respondent No.3-Committee on 29/07/2022. (B) The petitioner would then appear before the same Committee on 01/08/2022 and submit his written submissions on the report and in support of his case.

(C) Respondent No.3-Committee shall deliver an order in the said proceedings on 19/08/2022, by considering the various validity certificates granted to blood relatives, in the light of Apoorva d/o Vinay Nichale vs. Divisional Caste Certificate Scrutiny Committee No.1, Nagpur, 2010 (6) Mh.L.J.401 : AIR 2010 (6) BOM R 21.
