Heard the learned Counsel for the respective parties. 2.

By way of present petition, the petitioner assails the order dated 28.06.2022 passed by the Additional Divisional Commissioner-2, Aurangabad whereby it refused to grant stay on the ground that the suit land was being used by the School and valuation of the land was yet to be done.

This Court on 01.08.2022, while issuing notice granted interim relief in terms of prayer Clause (C) which is reproduced as below :

"Pending hearing and final disposal of this petition, the effect, operation and implementation of the order dated 19.05.2022 passed by the District Collector Hingoli and the order dated 28.06.2022 passed by the Additional Commissioner, Aurangabad may kindly be stayed." 4.

By way of interim order, this Court has already granted stay to the order passed by District Collector, Hingoli and Additional

As the interim relief granted by this Court is in operation from 01.08.2022, the same is continued till the Additional Divisional Commissioner, Aurangabad decides the application on its own merit. 6.
