The peculiar dispute that the Headmaster of Respondent Nos. 8 and 9 school/junior college, is disobeying Petitioner Nos. 1 and 2, who are President and Vice President of the trust, cannot be looked into, in our Writ jurisdiction. 2.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioners submits on instructions that the Petitioners would approach the Education Officer, Primary/Secondary, Respondent Nos. 6 and 7 herein.

In the interest of the educational institution, we would request Respondent Nos. 6 and 7 to look into the issue, if the same falls within their jurisdiction.
