This is an application for bail in connection with the order dated 02.05.2011 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Pathardi in RTC No.04/2001 whereby the applicant is convicted for the offence punishable under section 408 of the Indian Penal Code and sentenced to undergo simple imprisonment for one year and pay fine of Rs.3000/-. The learned Additional Sessions Judge, Ahmednagar by order dated 08.06.2017 in Criminal Appeal No.84/2011, confirmed the said order of conviction. Revision against the same is 1/2

The substantive sentence imposed upon the applicant is hereby suspended till disposal of the criminal revision application.

The applicant- Vishnu Jagannath Kakade be released on bail on his furnishing personal bond of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five thousand only) with one solvent surety of like amount.
