Mr. Bolkar, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, after the notification U/Sec. 19 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 Act was published, the petitioners were called upon to submit objection within 60 days. The petitioners have filed their objection. The same is not decided by the respondents.

The learned Additional Government Pleader accepted the notice for respondent Nos. 1 to 7.

In the morning session, we had requested the learned Addl. G. P. to take instructions as to whether Competent Authority

2 wp 6997.20 would decide the objection raised by petitioners. The learned Addl. G. P. on instructions submits that, the objection was received by the Sub Divisional Officer, Faizpur on 30th September, 2020 and the Sub Divisional Officer would decide the objection within the time frame. It is for the petitioners to appear before the Sub Divisional Officer.

In the light of the above, no further orders are necessary. The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
