Learned counsel for petitioner states that tribe claim of the petitioner is pending before the respondent No.2 - scrutiny committee and has not been decided. He also refers to that there is an interim relief in the matter. 2.

Having regard to that the matter is pending since 2014 and the tribe claim is said to be yet pending, it appears to be expedient to direct the scrutiny committee to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner expeditiously. As such, respondent No.2 - scrutiny committee is directed to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner expeditiously, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of writ of this order, if already not decided.

Petitioner to appear before the committee on 24-02-2020 and no separate notice is to be insisted upon. Till the decision of the scrutiny committee, interim relief operating to continue.

Writ petition accordingly stands disposed of. 5.

Civil application also stands disposed of.
