Heard learned Counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.P. and learned Counsel for respondent No.6.

Learned Counsel for the applicant submits that the petition was dismissed for non-prosecution. He further submits that due to inadvertence,
8457.18ca (2) he could not mark the matter, which was listed on board before this Court on 8th June, 2018.

The submission of the learned Counsel for the applicant is the absence of the learned Counsel was purely by inadvertence and for bona fide reasons.

In view of the submission of the learned Counsel for the applicant, the application is allowed. Writ Petition No.1248 of 2011 be restored to its file.
