Learned counsel for the petitioner submits on instructions that petitioner wants to withdraw the writ petition as steps have been taken by the respondents for redressal of the grievance of the petitioner. However, he submits that in the event the grievance subsists, liberty may be granted to the petitioner to approach the Court again.

In view of above, writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayer for.
