PER COURT:

1] The grievance of the petitioner is that he owns two buses and he is resident of State of Madhya Pradesh. There is a reciprocal transport agreement executed between the State of Maharashtra and State of Madhya Pradesh, facilitating inter State transport. However, the MSRTC is not allowing the petitioner to park his buses at the bus stand at Nandurbar and Shahada.

2] This Court vide order dated 24.11.2014, had directed the respondent No.1 to take suitable decision on the application of the respondent Corporation. Subsequently, minutes of meeting are recorded and parking facility to the petitioner at the bus stations owned by MSRTC is permitted. It was recorded that there is a reciprocal agreement between the two States, but final decision is not yet taken. 3] Mr. Bagul, learned counsel has placed on record a communication made by the Additional Transport Commissioner of Maharashtra to the Transport Commissioner of Madhya Pradesh, dated 2nd May, 2016, which states that the revised draft agreement is prepared and same is to be taken up for discussion.

{2} 30 sr. no..odt 4] Considering the above, the grievance of the petitioner with regard to parking of the vehicles stands redressed. 5] In the light of the above, Writ petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs. Needless to state that, parties are bound to abide by the terms of the reciprocal agreement entered into between the two States.
