Notice. Learned counsel Shri. A.S. Bajaj waives notice for respondent No. 1/CIDCO.

Heard both the sides. In Civil Application No. 9342/2018, the modification of order made by this Court in Civil Application No. 15589/2015 filed in First Appeal No. 664/2009 is sought. By the order dated 18.1.2016 this Court had directed the applicants to give solvent surety of the amount which was to be released in favour of applicants. The learned counsel for the applicants seeks permission to give solvent security of own properties in place of solvent surety.

After hearing both the sides, the application is allowed. The applicants are allowed to give solvent security of their own properties. Necessary record in that regard can be created and entry in the revenue record can be made. Disposed of in aforesaid terms.
